Paulina Młynarska is a Polish and European patent attorney with a passed European Qualifying Examination (EQE) and qualifications of European Patent Litigator – a professional representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
She specializes in European and international patent law. As a graduate of the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology, she has a solid technical background, especially in the fields of mechanics, electronics, automation, and robotics. She provides comprehensive support in the field of patent protection, conducting patent searches and analyses of the state of the art regarding the patentability, as well as the patent clearance within the scope of freedom to operate (FTO) assessments.
As a professional representative, she handles proceedings for Polish, European, and international patent applications. She also manages foreign patent portfolios and provides support in dispute proceedings and in the process of building a patent strategy.
Additionally, she engages in educational activities aimed at entrepreneurs, inventors, and future patent attorneys preparing for EQE exams required to obtain European patent attorney qualifications.
