Oliwia offers strategic advice in the field of patent protection, and helps clients from technology companies, universities, SMEs and start-ups to identify key areas of innovation and to develop long-term strategies to protect their intellectual property. She also ensures that clients from the public sector are properly taken care of.
She assists clients with national and international applications and has co-authored European patent applications. In addition, she drafts opinions in matters relating to patents and conducts searches. As a professional attorney, she also advises in litigation and infringement proceedings.
Within our law firm, she coordinates a team of patent attorneys in the areas of biology, biotechnology, chemistry, electronics, and mechanics, and is a mentor in the in-house training programme for patent trainees, supporting them with her knowledge and experience.
Oliwia teaches postgraduate students, provides mentoring support to start-ups and is the author of numerous publications on industrial property law in national and international press.
