Katarzyna Wypchło specializes in industrial property law in the field of disputes regarding the protection of trademarks, combating acts of unfair competition and counteracting illegal counterfeiting. She supports the law firm’s clients in areas related to trademarks, copyrights, disputes and customs. She also deals with the preparation and negotiation of contracts, preparation of legal opinions and legal advice.
