JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys examines customer satisfaction

Insights about performed actions and the quality of the offered services have been the main goal of customer satisfaction survey conducted by the JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys. Survey, which was organized for the first time, was attended by 79 domestic and foreign clients. The results show that over 91% of customers believe that JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys is a company worth recommending. The survey took place in June.

The quality of services provided by JWP was assessed by clients in the following categories: service standards, agility of services and compliance with due dates, communication skills, expert knowledge of the advisors and individualization of services. After summing up the results it turned out that 96% of Polish and 87% of foreign clients gave a good and very good rating about the services provided by JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys.

The survey results show that our efforts to provide the best professional assistance and efficient services are noticed and appreciated by customers. Conducting surveys of this kind, as well as in the course of daily work, we listen to the opinions of our customers. Information obtained in this way is extremely valuable and allows for further development and improvement of our services in line with clients expectations – says Dorothy Rzążewska, managing partner of the JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys.

Among the polish customers the most important reasons for cooperation with JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys have been: experience and knowledge of JWP specialists (79% of respondents), effective and high-quality services (54%) and a effective communication with clients ( 43%). Foreign respondents drew attention to: effective and high-quality services (42%), reasonable prices (42%), good reputation and well-established market position (33%).

The study, conducted in June 2015, used a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions. The survey involved a total of 79 domestic and foreign customers. The largest group of foreign respondents (46%) have been cooperating with JWP Patent & Trademark Attorneys more than 10 years. On the domestic market most respondents (34%) have been using the services of JWP from 2 to 5 years.

Customer satisfaction survey will be conducted by the Office of JWP Patent Attorneys periodically.
