What materials should you collect to present your position more effectively?
In many proceedings, in particular in cases before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, which in principle are adversarial in nature (i.e. the parties to the proceedings are required to submit evidence to support the claims made in the case), each party to those proceedings must actively assemble and submit relevant materials to support their position.
We know from experience that no two cases are alike, which is why the issue of gathering the right material in the case should be suited to that particular case. To that end, we advise clients which materials should be included and which need to be developed or obtained (e.g. public omnibus surveys, documentation of advertising activities, photographic documentation, etc.).
