At this stage, we review the applications sent and analyse them against our current needs. We contact selected candidates and invite them to a recruitment meeting. For some positions, e.g. translators, we ask the candidate to complete a set task before inviting them to an interview.
It consists of two stages. The first meeting is conducted by a member of the HR team. Selected candidates are promoted to the second part of the recruitment process, with whom the manager of the team concerned meets.
We make a job offer to the selected candidate and conclude an employment contract.
