JWP information on work continuity

Following the official guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 in Poland, all oral hearings before common courts and the Polish Patent Office have been cancelled until the end of March. All registration proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, as is the case with the EPO and the EUIPO, are carried out as usual.

We want to assure you that current work in our office is carried out as usual. We have undertaken all necessary precautions having in mind the health of our clients and staff. The number of employees present at the company premises is smaller but we provided them with home office equipment and safe communication means. We are running business as usual, answering all questions by phone and e-mail. We closely monitor the situation and inform you on any important developments.
