Alicja Labijak is a litigation and court proceedings specialist in the field of intellectual property rights protection, with a particular focus on copyright, trademark and unfair competition protection. She provides comprehensive support to clients in the protection of their intellectual property rights, offering guidance at every stage of the dispute process and helping them to avoid potential disputes.
Her areas of interest include intellectual property rights protection in the creative and gaming industries, which she combines with her expertise in drawing, graphic design and photography. Alicja is the author of a satirical drawing series entitled ‘Assisting Judge’.
She also gained her professional experience in the Intellectual Property Court in Poznań, where she worked as an assistant judge for over four years. Prior to that, she also worked in the courts in the commercial, civil and criminal divisions.
